大气环境质量协同评价体系及其评价方法新探
A SYNERGETIC ASSESSMENT SYSTEM OF AMBIENT AIR QUALITY AND ITS ASSESSMENT METHODS
【摘要】 运用系统科学思想对目前通用的大气环境质量(AAQ-G)的内涵进行了拓展,并分析了其体系特征,继之将最大信息熵原理引人AAQ-G评价,在常规监词资料的基础上给出各级污染物浓度的分布函数并用于反映某地的AAQ-G状况,以期使不同地域内的AAQ具有客观可比性。进而建立AAQ-B的概念及其与AAQ-G的联合评价方法。
【Abstract】 The concept of general ambient air quality used in present(AAQ-G)has been develope, and the system characteristics have been analyzed in this paper.Subsequently,the principle of maximum ihformation entropy(MIE)is adopted for AAQ-G assessment.Based on the routine tnonitoring data,the distribution functions for each level concentration of pollutants are defined and used for indicating the status of AAQ-G in an area, Furthermore,the concept of AAQ-B and its method of synergetic assessment with AAQ-G has been established.
