O3H2O2组合法处理染料中间体废水的研究

【摘要】 报道了O3—H2O2组合法处理含有磺酸基团的萘系染料中间体废水的试验结果.对COD约为16000mg/l的某高浓度染料中间体废水,用5.1gO3/l和2.0gH2O2/l进行处理,可达到约60%的COD及色度去除率,并使BOD/COD的比值超过0.3,为后续生化处理创造了条件.

【Abstract】 The ozone-hydrogen peroxide combination process was used to pretreat refractory dye intermediate wastewater containing-SO3H arcmatic organics. It could reduce COD and chromaticity of the wastewater and improve its biodegrada-bility effectively. The application of 5.1gO3/l and 2.OgH2O2/l to treat a high concentration dye intermediate wastewater (COD = 16000mg/l) could remove about 60% COD and chromaticity, and increase its BOD COD ratio to more than 0.3, It’s beneficial to follow-up biological treatment,
