【摘要】 本文介绍了二甘醇单甲醚和二甘醇双甲醚对昆明种小鼠和Wistar大鼠的急性毒性.二甘醇单甲醚口服LD₅₀值昆明种小鼠为8.5ml/kg,Wistar大鼠为8.2ml/kg;二甘醇双甲醚口服LD₅₀值昆明种小鼠为5.8ml/kg.二甘醇单甲醚和二甘醇双甲醚昆明种小鼠吸入急性毒性,在过饱和蒸气浓度下,染毒4小时,两周内动物未出现死亡.二甘醇单甲醚和二甘醇双甲醚对兔皮肤均有轻度刺激性,对兔眼粘膜刺激性均呈阳性反应,后者较前者刺激性强.更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of Diethylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether and Diethylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether in Kun-rning strain mice and Wistar rats were studied. The oralLD50 values of Diethylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether for mice and rats were 8.5 ml/kg and 8.2 ml/kg respectively; the oral LD50 value of Diethylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether for mice was 5.8ml/kg. For mice, death did not occur during 4 hr-exposure and 14 day postexposure periods at over-saturated vapour concentration on inhalation. There was slight irritation on rabbit’s skin and there was positive result of irritation on rabbit’s eye mucosa but the irritation of Dimethyl Ether was stronger than Monomethyl Ether.更多还原
