【Abstract】 roducts of 99mTc-human serum albumin prepared with different methods were compared for their labelling yields, stability and their distribution in mice.Experimental results revealed that the best labelling method involves the following procedure: glucoheptonate was first added as exchange ligand; stannous tartrate was added as reducing agent; 2-iminothiolane was added to modify the protein molecule;and then pertechnetate solution was added to label the protein.更多还原
