用涂膜活性炭提高复极性电解槽电解效率
Promoting the Electrolysis Efficiency of a Bipolar Electrolyser by Adding a Coated Activated Carbon
【摘要】 改善粒子的接触状态是提高复极性电解槽电解效率的关键。本文从其基本原理出发,采用添加涂膜活性炭的方法.取得了满意的结果,在适当的比例下,电解效率从130%提高到245%。经近300h的运行证明,涂膜活性炭能在填充床中一直保持稳定、均匀的分布,有效地发挥其作用。
【Abstract】 It has been found that improving the conditions ofconcoct between p&rticles in a biPOlar electrolyser isa key to promoting its electrolysis efficiency. Suchan improvement haS been achieved by adding acoated aCtivated carbon tO the electrolyter and thesatisfactory results were obtained. With a Properformulation the addition of a coated activatedcarbon at a ratio of 100: 30 allowed the electrolysisefficiency to increase from 130% to 245% afld astable, uniform distribution could be kept during anoperation for about 300h.
