日本治理“温室效应”研究现状

【摘要】 本文介绍了大气“温室效应”的污染现状,世界各国对治理大气“温室效应”的研究计划与进展,着重介绍了治理“温室效应”的最新技术──超高压脉冲电晕放电分解CO2技术。

【Abstract】 A reviews was made with 16 references. 5 tables and 4 figures. focused on the majorgreenhouse gas-carbon dioxide(CO2 ) ,relating to its emissionn and technical responses by es-tablishing research programmes and developing new technologies for recovering and decompos-ing the gas. An emphasis was placed on the description of a latest technology,i. e.supervoltagepulse corna discharge technology for the composition of CO2 , which was recently developed byChinese experts and was found to be most cost-effcctive.
