【Abstract】 A reviews was made with 16 references. 5 tables and 4 figures. focused on the majorgreenhouse gas-carbon dioxide(CO2 ) ,relating to its emissionn and technical responses by es-tablishing research programmes and developing new technologies for recovering and decompos-ing the gas. An emphasis was placed on the description of a latest technology,i. e.supervoltagepulse corna discharge technology for the composition of CO2 , which was recently developed byChinese experts and was found to be most cost-effcctive.更多还原
