【Abstract】 Data for toxicity on Daphaua are widely used as important base to evaluate effects of chemicals on aquatic ecosystems. Unsolubility, volatility and photodegradatibility of tested chemicals should be noted in the determination of toxicity of organic chemicals. Here EC50 for variety of chlorinated hydrocarbons were tested, the results after 18h were about the same as those after 24h. The toxicities of 24 nitro-aromatic hydrocarbons were detected, all EC50calculated with different methods were the same.更多还原
