【摘要】 介绍了ＳＷ型常温、干法成型脱硫剂的制备与性能。对其去除Ｈ＿２Ｓ气体的能力、脱硫剂的再生以及影响脱硫效率的因素进行了研究。经工业生产初步应用证明：ＳＷ型脱硫剂其来源主要为硫酸废渣，价格低廉；对Ｈ＿２Ｓ脱除率高，用此脱硫剂脱除水煤气、半水煤气、沼气中的Ｈ＿２Ｓ，可使其Ｈ＿２Ｓ含量达国家标准（２０ｍｇ／ｍ￣３）；ＳＷ型脱硫剂的主要性能达到国外同类产品水平。因其原料易得，操作方便，具有广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preparation and performance of SW-type desulfurizer,which is formed by dry process at normal temperature,is described. Its ability of removal of H₂S, regenaration of it, and influence factors on its desulfurization arc investigated.It is proved by initial application to industrial production than the SW-type desulfurizer using spent charge as raw material has low cost, high efficiency of removal of H₂S from water gas, semi-water gas, and marsh gas, it makes content of H₂S in the above gases achieve the national standard; its main performances come up to the level of the same products at home and abroad.
