微电解法处理染料废水
Treatment of Dye Effluent by Microelectrolytic Process
【摘要】 利用铸铁屑和焦炭共同构成的微电解反应柱处理染料废水。其机理是氧化还原作用、过滤吸附作用、絮凝作用、电附集作用等共同作用的结果。通过正交试验确定了铁屑微电解反应柱的最佳工艺条件:pH=3.0~4.0,停留时间为50min;Fe:C=3:1~4:1(重量比)。处理染料废水,色度去除率达90%以上,当进水CODcr=4000mg·1 ̄(-1)时,CODcr去除率达35%以上。该方法简便易行,投资少,运行费用低,反应柱易再生,是一良好的染料废水预处理方法。
【Abstract】 Micro-electrolytic column composed of iron fillings and coke isapplied to treat dye effluent.Its machnism is a synergistic action whichinvolves oxidation-reduction, filtration-adsorption. flocculation, electro-enrichment and so on, Optimum conditions are determined:pH=3.0~4.0;detention time is 50 min:Fe:C=3:1~4:1 ( weight ratio ). Chroma of dyeeffluent can decrease 90%above,when CODcr of effluent is 4 000 mg·1 ̄(-1),after treatment, CODcr can decreasc 35%above.The process is simple,ofsmall invert and of low cost, and reaction column can be regenerated easily,it is good method for pretreatment of dye effluent.
