水热合成技术的研究和应用──Ⅲ.钛酸钡晶体粉末的制备

【摘要】 本文叙述了水热加工技术制备钛酸钡晶体粉末,采用Ba(OH)2和TiO(OH)2为水热前驱物,讨论和比较了制备水热前驱物的原料,对水热条件:KOH浓度、温度和时间进行了考察.初步探讨了水热合成BaTiO3的机理并合理地解释了实验结果.

【Abstract】 The hydrothermal synthesis of crystalline powder of barium titanate was studied with Ba(OH)2 and TiO(OH)2 as the hydrothermal precursors. The raw materials to prepare the hydrothermal precursors were compared and discussed. The hydrothermal conditions including KOH concentration, temperature and time were investigated. The mechanism of hydrothernial synthesis of BaTiO3 was proposed and it reasonably explained the experimental results.
