热处理α-FeOOH的新过程研究

【摘要】 本文研究了用流态化床反应器热处理α-FeOOH的新过程.由于原料α-FeOOH颗粒微细、流动性差,通过冷模和热试研究,选定了有特定内部构件的流化床反应器,能使α-FeOOH有较好的流动状态,有效地防止了微细物料的返混与短路.运气输送物料,微机控制温度,生产过程连续化、自动化设备新颖,流程先进,开创了用流态化床反应器生产γ-Fe2O3的新过程.产品比转炉均匀、稳定,占地少,能耗少,已建有500t/y的生产厂.

【Abstract】 The present paper describes the investigation on a new process for preparing magnetic recording powder in fluidized-bed reactors. Through cold and hot model experiments,fluidized-bed reactors with special internals were developed, which greatly facilitated the flow of α-FeOOH and effectively prevented the fine materials from excessive backmixing and short circulating.The new process is characterized by transport of materials with recycle gas, computer control of temperature, and continuous and automatic operation. As compared to the rotary kiln process, this new process has the advantages of uniform and stable quality of product, less floorage and less energy consumption. Three plants, each with an annual capacity of 500 tons of magnetic recording powder, are now in operation.
