CO还原液态铁氧化物的动力学研究
KINETIC STUDY ON THE REDUCTION OF W■STITE BY CO GAS
【摘要】 在1678K的温度下测定了用CO或CO与Ar的混合气体还原浮士体的反应速度浮士体放在纯铁坩埚中,还原速度是根据红外CO2气体分析仪所测出的CO2生成量来求出的.实验表明表现还原速度正比于气体中CO分压,并与气体流量的1.59次方有关,反应的前或其速度是由气相的传质速度所控制,化学反应的速度常数最小为60(g/atm·min·cm2).
【Abstract】 The rate of reduction of wustite by CO or Ar-CO mixture at 1678K wasdetermined in this work. The reduction of wustite in pure iron crucible was followed by measurement of CO2 content in the effluent gas using an infrared gas analyser. The apparent reduction rate was found to be proportional to Co partial pressure, and to the 1.59th power of the total gas flow rate. The results show that the overall reaction rate is limited by mass transport in gas phase during the initial period of reduction, and the chemical reaction rate constant is larger thaa 60 (g /atm·min·cm2).
