外加电位对0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢冲刷腐蚀行为的影响
Influence of applied potential on the erosion-corrosionbehaviour of 0Cr18Ni9Ti Stainiess Steel.
【摘要】 利用专门改进的料浆罐式设备通过旋转失重和动、静态极化测试,系统研究了外加电位对0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在10%N_2SO_4+15%刚玉砂(室温)介质中冲刷腐蚀行为的影响,并借助扫描电镜对冲刷腐蚀试样进行了表面形貌观察。结果表明,阴极保护能显著降低冲刷腐蚀速率,保护度可达73.6%。施加阳极电位可出现3种效果:比自腐蚀电位稍正的1区,冲刷腐蚀速率显著提高;稳定钝化的Ⅱ区,冲刷腐蚀速率显著下降,保护度可达64.5%;过钝化的Ⅲ区,产生晶间腐蚀,冲刷腐蚀速率再度升高。合适的阳极保护电位范围为:0-0.8V(SCE)。
【Abstract】 he influence of applied potential on the erosion-cor-rosion behaviour of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in 10%H2SO4+15% corundum sand(60#)acidic slurry was sys-tematically studied by using an improved slurry pot appara-tus through weight loss of rotation,dynamic and static po-larization tests.The surface morphology observation of ero-sion-corrosion specimens was made by using SFM,The re-sults showed that cathodic protection could significantlydecrease erosion-corrosion rate,and the cathudic protectionefficiency could reach 73.6%.There would be three effectswhen anodic potentials were applied onto the erosion-corro-sion behaviour:the erosion-corrosion rate increased sharplyin region I(a little more than other potential);the erosion-corrosion rate decreased evidently in region Ⅱ(passiveregion),and the anodic protection efficiency could reach 64.5%;the erosion-corrusion rate increased again in region Ⅲ(transpassive region)because of intergranular corrosion.The suitable potential range of anodic protection was 0-0.8V(SCE).
