制订我国在役压力容器缺陷评定新规程的技术路线

【摘要】 采用弹塑性断裂力学方法制订压力容器缺陷评定规范是国际80年代的新趋势。本文根据国家“八五”重点科研攻关项目及劳动部的要求,论证了我国制订在役压力容器缺陷评定新规程应采取的技术路线和结合国情应解决的关键问题。

【Abstract】 t is a new trend to make codes of eval-uating defects of pressure vessels by usingthe plasto-elasticity fractnre mecbanics met-hod in the world in 1980s. Based on majorresearch items in the 8th five-year plan ofChina and the requjrements of the LabourMinistry, the technical line that should beadopted to make new codes for evaluatingdefects of pressure vessels in service andsome key problems that should be combinedwith concrate practice in China were discu-ssed .
