【Abstract】 The shear locking phenomenon wnich possibly appear in the Mindlin plate elements has been studied. A new aproach with use of the additional deformthen DOF within elements is suggestal to avoid the locking solutions, In this way, any locked DOF can be released directly,and it is convenient tO construct incompatible elements which are sutialbe for both thick and thin plate analyses.’更多还原
