【Abstract】 The architecture and implementation process of a CAPP demonstration and instruction system are introduced. The system consists of student subsystem, teacher subsystem and expert subsystem. A knowledge representation method of machine making technology is given. Infers engine, data base and knowledge base were used tO improve the intelligence of the system. When students are making a process planning, the system can cheCk students work and provide error messages if there are errors.
