从扩压因子看叶片倾斜和弯曲对叶栅出口流场的改善

【摘要】 通过具有常规直叶片、正倾斜叶片和正弯曲叶片的三种扩压叶栅的扩压因子和出口轴向速度的分析,对比能量损失系数、叶栅壁面静压系数分布和叶片负荷的变化,讨论了正倾斜叶栅和正弯曲叶栅出口流场的改善情况,结果表明正倾斜和正弯曲叶栅根区流动情况大大改善,正弯曲叶栅气流流通能力提高,扩压因子降低且沿展向分布趋于均匀。

【Abstract】 Abstract Detailed experiments of three cascades with conventional straight blades.positive leaned blades and curved blades were carried out in the low sped wind tunnel of Harbin Institute of Technology.Through the analyses of the diffusion factors and the cascade exit axial velocities,and compared with the change of energy loss coefficients. the blade sufface and endwall static pressure distributions and blade loadings,the improvement of cascade exit flow fields are discussed. The flow conditions in the hub regions have been improved by using leaned and curved blades. The now capability of positive curved blade cascade has been increased, and the diffusion factors decrease and tend to be uniform along blade height.
