加热室炉温对带钢热瓢曲影响的研究
Study on Influence of the Furnace Temperature in the Heating Chamber on the Hot Waved Surface of Strip
【摘要】 本文叙述了CAPL加热室供热的基本情况,通过现场测试和研究,确定了加热室炉温和带温的分布规律。测试结果表明,在炉子宽度方向上的温度差波动在6~60℃之间,而带宽上的温差介于14~18℃之间。计算和分析表明,当带宽温差△t>50~60℃时,可能导致带钢产生热瓢曲。
【Abstract】 This paper narrates the fundmental situation of heat Supply in the heating chamber of CAPL and determines the temperature distrisbutions of furnace and strip through measurement on the spot and the study. The result indicates that the temperature difference along the furnace width varies from 6 ℃ to 60 ℃, and that along strip width is in range of 14~ 81 ℃. Calculating and analyzing show that when the temperature differnce △t of strip width is over 50~ 60’℃. it is possible to make the strip to produce hot waved surface.
