加热室炉温控制数学模型的研究
Research on the Mathematical Model of Furnace Temperature Control for the Heating Chamber
【摘要】 本文介绍了等效简化CAPL加热室带钢的加热过程,并据此建立了物理模型和数学模型。在此基础上又通过建立带温前馈控制数模和综合炉温计算数模,进行了加热室加热过程的计算仿真。结果获得了SPCC 钢优化的带钢升温曲线和炉温曲线;确定了综合传热系数FHxc;得出了炉温和带速与带温的相关关系。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the equivalent and simplified heating process of the strip in the heating chamber of CAPL and establishes physical and mathematical models. On the basis of the models. calculation and simulation of the heating process for the heating chamber is carried out by means of established mathematical models of the strip temperature feedforward control and the synthetic furnace temperature calculation. The result shows that a optimum strip(SPCC steel) heating curve and a furnace temperature curve be gained. value of the synthetic heat transfer coefficient FHxc is determined and relations between the furnace temperature. the strip speed and the temperature of strip are established
