【摘要】 本文研究了连续退火工艺对冲压钢机械性能的影响。结果表明,工艺参数对强度影响不明显,均热工艺为 680℃ ×60s或 720℃×40s时延伸率最高,一次冷却速度对延伸率影响不明显.过时效温度为380-400℃,过时效时间为150-210s时延伸率较高。

【Abstract】 The effects of continuous-annealing process on mechanical properties of drawing steel sheet is studied. The results show that the effects of technology parameters on strength are not obvious. The best elongation is obtained when soaking at 680℃ 60 s or 720 ℃ 40 s and overaging in the temperature range of 380~ 400℃ and the time range of 150~ 210 s. Primary coolin rate has no distinct effects on the elongation
