低温堆吊篮组件的可靠性设计
Reliability Analysis for DHR Core Barrel
【摘要】 本文利用工程结构可靠性分析的干涉理论,在假设材料的强度和应力均服从正态分布的前提下,对低温核供热堆吊篮组件的可靠性进行了分析评价.对于吊篮组件这一复杂的结构,不可能找出结构应力的显式表达式,我们提出采用有限元法求应力增量,在不太大增加计算量的前提下,使这一问题得到较好地解决。
【Abstract】 This article presents the reliability analysis for District Heating Reactor (DHR) core barral. According to the basic theory of interference, we supPOse that the material resistance andstructure stress belong to normal distribution. A simple method was put forward in order toavoid directly seeking for the function of structure stress related to structure size and loading.The stress derivative along any indepelldent random variables of structure size and loading wascalculated by Finite Element Method (FEM).
