Ti-Mg催化剂的预聚合及其对乙烯气相聚合的影响
The Prepolymerization with Ti-Mg Catalyst and The Influence of Products of prepolymerization on the Gas - phase Polymerization of Ethylene
【摘要】 研究了用镁粉研制的Ti-Mg系乙烯气相聚合催化剂在各种条件下的预聚合反应,以及各种类型AlR3对预聚合反应的影响。考察了AlR3/Ti摩尔比、催化剂浓度、预聚合反应速度对预聚合产物的影响及预聚物的气相聚合反应。比较了经预聚合与不经预聚合催化剂气相聚合与淤浆聚合动力学行为及聚合反应结果。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了催化剂、预聚物、聚合产物的颗粒形态,研究了催化剂粒子生成预聚物粒子再聚合成为产物粒子的聚合过程。
【Abstract】 The prepolymerization with Ti-Mg Catalyst and the influence of products of prepolymerization on the gas-phase polymerization of ethylene are reported. The influence of various conditions such as alkyl aluminiums, AlR3/Ti molar ratio, catalyst concentration and prepolymerization rate on the prepolymerization have been investigated. The kinetic behaviors and the polymerization results of the gas - phase and slurry polymerization of ethylene with the prepolymerized catalyst and original catalyst have been compared. The catalytic particles, the prepolymerized particles and the particles of the polymerized products have been observed by SEM. The effects of prepolymerization on the gas-phase and slurry polymerization of ethylene are discussed.
