ZnS:Cu,Co,Gd,Er发光体线膨胀系数因子的研究

【摘要】 在ZnS:Cu.Co.Gd.Er发光体与同种基础釉组成的发光釉中,选择发光体含量分别为15wt%,20wt%和25wt%的3种发光融为试样,测定了它们的线膨胀系数。把这些线膨胀系数对发光体的含量进行了线性回归,得出了线膨胀系数、发光体含量和基础釉含量三者之间的函数关系式.此函数关系式表明:在发光釉中.随着发光体含量的增加,发光釉的线膨胀系数降低.这种发光体的线膨胀系数因子为0.55×10(-7)C(-1)。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of phosphorescent glare included 15wt% or 20wt% or 25wt% ZnS:Cu.Co,Gd .Er Phosphot were chosen from the phosphorescent glaze composed of ZnS:Cu .Co,Gd. Er and same basic glaze for samples. The linear expansion coefficient of the samples were measured. The functional relation formula among the linear expansion coefficient. the content of ZnS:Cu, Co, Gd, Er phosphor and the content of basic glaze was achieved by regression design. The formula expresses that the linear expansion coefficient of phosphorescent glaze decreases if the content of phosphor increases in glaze. The linear expansion coefficient factor of ZnS:Cu,Co.Gd .Er phosphor is 0. 55×10-7C-1.
