雾化蒸发法处理Vc废液的研究

【摘要】 研究了雾化蒸发法处理Vc废液的可行性。模拟试验结果表明:对Vc废液的总固体去除率为86%~89%,色度和COD去除率分别达到98%和90%左右.该法具有工艺简单、占地面积小、运行费用低等特点。

【Abstract】 This paper makes a study of the possibility of treatment waste liquor from Vc production by the atomization-vaporization technology. The resu of is of analogic test show that the removal efficiency for total solids reaches 86%~89% and the decolourizing efficiency and COD removal efficiency reach 98% and 90% respectively. The characteristics of this method are that the technology is simpler,the area of land occupied is smaller and the operating cost is lower.
