【Abstract】 This study showed that the meiosis of F1 hybird of Coix lacryma-jobi L.×C. lacry-ma-jobi L. var. friumentacea Makino was irregulat. A5t MI and AI there were iaggingchromosome in many pollen mother cells.Other kinds of irregularity of meiotic chromo-some behavior were observed. The pollen abortion of F1 hybrids was 79.5 Per cent.Ther were two types of pollen abortion which occured at single nucleus microsponestage.更多还原
