两种类型薏苡及F1的同工酶分析

【摘要】 通过对两种类型薏苡及F1在拔节期和抽穗期的同工酶分析看出,川谷和薏苡的酶只有一种同工酶;过氧化物酶同工酶酶带较丰富,在抽穗期多于拔节期;在叶片组织中比节间和雌穗中多,并且在双亲及F1间差异明显。在F1植株中未出现杂种酶带,双亲的一些主要酶带在F1中受抑制未表现出来。利用过氧化物酶可进行薏苡属的亲缘关系,系统演化及遗传特性差异的研究。

【Abstract】 Isozymes of peroxidase and esierase frem Coix lacrymajobi Coix L,varfriumentacea Makino and their F1 hybrids were analysed by polycrylamide gelelectrophoresis at two growth stages. Results showed that there was only a kindcf esterase isozyme among Coix L. plants and there were more bands of POD inheading Stage then in elongating stage and more bands of POD from leaves thenfrom stem and femsle head. The result indicated also that there were not“ hybridband”in F1 generation plants and some main bands of POD from their parentshad not appeared in F1 plants,It was considered that the relationship,syste- mic evolutiou and genetic variation could be studied by isozyme analysis of peroxidase.
