抗大豆胞囊线虫4号生理小种新品系的选育

【摘要】 采用兼抗大豆胞囊线虫1,3,4,5号生理小种的兴县灰布支黑豆、五寨赤不流黑豆和应县小黑豆等抗源与生产上广泛应用的优良品种杂交,经多年选择培育,获得14个抗大豆胞囊线虫4号小种的黄粒新品系,历年鉴定,抗性稳定,根系胞囊平均在10个以下,其中10个品系根系胞囊在3以下,属高抗材料,并且表现直立不倒,百粒重比抗源亲本提高50%以上,产量大大提高,折合亩产125~150kg,均超过抗源亲本的10%~15%,接近或超过高产亲本的产量,可在生产上直接应用,特别是在黄淮海地区受4号小种侵染的重病区应用,也可作为育种的中间材料。

【Abstract】 Black beau varietids Huibuzhi, Chibuliu and Xiaoheidon, Which are resistant to physiological races 1,2,3,4 of soybean cyst nematode (SCN),were crossed with some spreading varieties. Fourteen new lines with yellow seed colour and resistance to race 4 of SCN were selected by several years selective breeding.Through several years identification, these new lines are stablly resistant and average root nematode are less than 10, among which average root nematodes of 10 lines are lizs than 3. These 10 lines belong to highly resistant appearins erecting and unlodging,their 100-seed weight increase 50% compared to their resistant parents,and yields per mu are 125-150kg,10-15%higher than their resistant parents, and close to and surpass high parents yields.These new lines can be used directly in soybean production,especially in Huang, Huai and Hat aress highly affected by race 4 of SCN,and can also be used for middle materiales of soybean breeding.
