【摘要】 通过对3个回交10～12代的太谷核不育（Tal）小麦与普通小麦轮回亲本比较,以及转育稳定的Tal小麦的杂交F₁与对应的常规F₁母本效应的比较,探讨了Tal小麦细胞质及不育基因对主要农艺性状的遗传效应。结果表明,Tal细胞质对可育株的穗数,粒数,千粒重,结实小穗数等无不良的遗传效应,Tal F₁主要产量性状多表现较高的正向杂交优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comparison of three Taigu nuclear male-sterile wheat cultivars (BC10-12) with the corresponding recurrent parents with normal cytoplasm and the comparison of Tal F1 with the normal F1 in the maternal effects were conducted to evaluate genetic effects of Taigu nuclear male-sterile gene and cytoplasm of wheat on the main agronomical characters. The results showed that the cytoplasm of Tal wheat had no negative genetive effects in such traits as the kernel number of the main spike, 1000-kernel weight, number of setting spikelet etc. and Tal F, had a higher positive heterosis in main yield traits than the normal F1.更多还原
