磷-溴体系对聚丙烯阻燃
Phosphorus-bromine System Retards Combustion of Polyproplene
【摘要】 本文介绍了自制的复合阻燃剂,经过试验发现磷-溴体系阻燃剂对PP十分有效,且两者具有协同效应.正交试验的结果表明,复合阻燃体系中溴系与三氯化三锑的比例保持3∶1为最佳,进而探讨了该体系的阻燃机理.
【Abstract】 The self-made compoumd flame-retardant is introduced in the paper. After experiment, phosphorus-bromine system flame-retardant agent is fand to be effctive on pp,and the both have coordimate effect. The results of orthogonal experiments show that keeping the proportion between bromine and diostibium trioxide being three to one in the compound flameretardant system is optimum,and the mechanism of flame retardance in the system is further discussed.
