甘蔗对黑穗病的生化反应及其与抗病性的关系

【摘要】 本文以4个不同基因型的甘蔗品种为研究对象,分析了甘蔗感染黑穗病后的生化变化。结果表明,感病后,叶片中过氧化物酶(PO)和转化酶活性提高,蛋白质含量下降。高感品种病、健叶中PO活性的比率最高,蛋白质含量的比率最低。病、健叶的叶绿素a、b和a+b的含量虽有差异,但没有一定的变化规律。认为PO作为抗性鉴定的指标尚有一定的价值,其余几种生化物质意义不大。

【Abstract】 The biochemical changes of 4 genetically diverse sugarcane cultivars, caused by smut infection, were tested. After infection, peroxidase (PO) and invertase activity increased, but the concentration of protein reduced in both resistant and susceptible plants. In highly susceptible plants, the ratio of PO activity in infected to uninfected leaves was highest, but protein, was lowest. Using peroxidase activity as a index for resistance of sugarcane to smut had a certain value, but the other indexes were not suitable.
