【摘要】 本文报告采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法观察23例系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者的T淋巴细胞的变化，同时观察21例正常人作对照。实验结果表明，SLE患者淋巴细胞绝对值为1．689±0．829，与正常对照组无显著差异，而CD3阳性细胞百分比与绝对值分别为41．87±7．40％和0．699±0．341，CD4上述数值分别为28．26±4．60％和0．33±0．237，均较正常人显著低下（P＜0．001），CD4／CD8比值为0，99±0．25，也较正常人组显著低下（P＜0．001）。更多还原

【Abstract】 23 patients of SLE were studied to examine the change of T Lymphocyte subsets by using indirect immuno-fluorescence with monoclonal antibody, and 21 healthy individuals ascontrol. The result shows that Lymphocyte absolute value of SLE was 1. 689±0. 829, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.
