【摘要】 就白砂糖的干燥和冷却工艺，研究设计了一台新型的大型振动流化床干燥—却冷机，并在广东某大糖厂进行了实际生产试验，取得良好效果，获得了厂家的好评。本文详细介绍了这台设备的设计和结构特点，并提供广这套干燥—冷却联合装置的技术参数。认为利用振动流化床进行白砂糖的干燥和冷却，在我国尚属首次，如能加以推广，将对我国制糖业的快速发展产生积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type large Vibro Fluidized drying cooling unit for the drying and cooling of sugar is designed, and favourab1e results were obstained after practical experiments have been made in a large sugar factory in Guangdong province. The design and construction of this unit are introduced in detail,and the technical parameters are provided in this paper. It is first time that Vibro Fluidized Bed is applied to the drying and cooling of sugar in Iarge scale in our country. So the extended application of it would accelerate the development of sugar industry in our country.更多还原
