ZnO—Cr2O3系陶瓷的NTC热敏特性考察
STUDY ON HEAT-SENSITIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF NTC ZnO-Cr2O3 CERAMICS
【摘要】 本文研究了ZnO-Cr2O3系陶瓷的制备工艺,粉末压片电导行为.证实其电导或电阻与温度有Arrheuius线性关系.该系陶瓷具有NTC热敏电阻特性,热敏电阻常数(3.1—9.5)×103,是一类稳定、灵敏的中温到热敏陶瓷.
【Abstract】 In this paper, we reported that synthetic technology orNTC ZnO-Cr2O3 ceramics and examination of its electrical conductivity. Experimental results show that relationship between electrical conductivity or electrical resistance and temperature follows Arrhenius linear rules, the specific heat-sensitive electrical resistances are between (3.1-9.5) x 103. This Vind of ceramics is a chemical stable, active response and moderate temperature heat-sensitive ceramics.
