高原环境应用膜富氧装置室内增氧对人血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的观测
SURVEY OF HUMAN SERUM LACTIC DEHYDROGENASE IAOENZYME BY MEMBRANE ENRIGHED OXYGEN SET IN
【摘要】 应用膜富氧装置建立富氧室,使局部环境氧分压达到或接近海平面,并采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和光谱扫描对富氧室中受试者进行血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(简称SLDH)活性和酶谱的观测,结果表明:进富氧室内SLDH总活力低于进富氧室前。SLDH同工酶谱均呈现了5条区带。各亚基含量基本接近平原。认为机体在富氧室内增氧后可以达到常氧环境的获氧水平。
【Abstract】 he enriched oxygen chamber was built up of membrane enriched oxygen set,in which PO2 of local environment attained or approached to sea level.Moreover,the study of serum lactic dehy-drogenase isoenzyme(SLDH-isoen)and zymogram had been getting to sujects in enriched oxygenchamber by polyacrylamide gel electro phoresis and spectral scanning.It was indicated that thefive zones of SLDH-isoen were seen,but its degree of color was of different before and after twoweeks exposed enriched oxygen. The contents of subunits in SLDH-isoen were basically equalizedto lowlanders’ level after two weeks.
