【摘要】 根据体外反搏（ＥＣＰ）可以增加血管内血液流量、流速和侧支循环等机理，应用ＥＣＰ治疗４４例前部缺血性视神经病变（ＡＩＯＮ），总有效率达９４．４％，与药物治疗组及高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗组对比，其疗效明显优于后两组。提示ＥＣＰ是治疗ＡＩＯＮ的一种有效疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION) is a common ophthalmologic disease but it sev erely influences visual function and is difficult to be cured. It may cause permanent dysopia unless the treatment is performed in time. Though there were lots of therapeutic methods for this disease but the results were not satisfied. The external counterpulsation (ECP) can increase blood flow volume and rate in vessels and also promote collateral circulation. We used ECP for 44 cases of AION, and 94.4% gross efficiency were got.The results were significantly better than the medicine group or the hyperbasic oxygen group. It suggested ECP is an useful method for AION.In this paper the therapeutic mechanisms were also discussed.更多还原
