【摘要】 对我院安置人工心脏起搏器５０例的术后护理进行总结。对伤口皮下血肿、导管电极脱位、膈肌刺激、皮囊内起搏器下垂等并发症护理要点是：预防感染、导管室按无菌手术准备，患者按手术要求准备。术后伤口观察换药及抗生素应用，观察伤口血循环。注意体位，避免起搏系统故障。加强心电监护，观察有无心律失常发生。严密观察心肌穿孔的征象以及教会患者自我监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty patients were installed the permanent pacemakers from 1991 to 1993 in the hospital.Five patients had the complications. The complications of the pationts were infection, subcutaneous hemotoma, dislocation of electrode, diaphragmatic contraction and ptosis of pacemaker. To prevent the complications, the important points of muring included preoperative care and preparation, electrocardiogram monitoring and cooperative in operation, aseptic manipulation, and postoperative care and management.
