孕鼠暴露于VDT脉冲磁场对其仔鼠下丘脑琥珀酸脱氢酶影响的研究
EFFECT OF VDT PULSED MAGNETIC FIELD ON SDH IN HYPOTHALAMUS OF THE NEWBORN OFFSPRINGS
【摘要】 用VDT脉冲磁场、磁通密度峰值40μT和4μT(时间导数3.3T/s和0.33T/s)对怀孕小鼠整个孕期进行辐射,每天5小时,每周6天。结果得出:与假辐射组比较,高强度组仔鼠下丘脑琥珀酸脱氢酶活性显著下降(P<0.01),但低强度组的下降无显著性(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 Impregnated NIH mice were exposed to VDT pulse magnetic field 5 hrs daily 6 days a week at 0,4 and 40μT peak to peak(dB/dT:0,0.33,and 3.3T/s respectively)until the offsprings were delivered.Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)in hypothalamus of newborn offsprings was examined by Nachles’s method.The result showed that in high intensity field group(40μT)SDH activities in exposed animals decreased significantly as compared with the control(sham exposed)(P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the low ones(4μT).
