判别分析在研究铅接触对神经行为功能影响中的应用
APPLICATION OF DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS TO STUDY OF NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF LEAD EXPOSURE
【摘要】 对78名铅接触工人(平均血铅浓度为2.14μmol/L)和76名对照工人(平均血铅浓度为0.20μmol/L)的WHO/NCTB6项测试结果,用判别分析法研究发现:用逐步判别法建立的由SRT、BVR、PA3项测试组成的判别函数与用直接判别法建立的由6项测试组成的判别函数的回判效果相似。提示:在血铅为2.14μmol/L时,WHO/NCTB的6项分测验中的SRT、BVR、PA是检测铅接触工人神经行为功能的关键测验项目。多元协方差分析显示:接触组工人的WHO/NCTB中的6项分测验,除SRT测验外,其余与对照工人比较均无显著性差异。提示:在血铅为2.14μmol/L时,铅接触工人的反应速度可能受影响。
【Abstract】 The performance on 6 sub-tests of WHO recommended Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB) among 78 workers occupationally exposed to lead with a mean PbB level of 2.14 μmol/L and a control group of 76 non-exposed workers with a mean PbB level of 0.20μmol/L was srbject to a discriminant analysis. Based on the result, the percentage of cases correctly classified by discriminant function composed of all 6 sub-tests using direct method was similar to that of cases correctly classified by function composed of 3 sub-tests(SRT, BVR and PA) using stepwise procedure. It showed that SRT, BVR and PA of WHO/NCTB seemed to be key sub-tests for the detection of neuropsychological effects of lead exposure. However, only SRT of 6 sub-tests was found to be significantly different between Pb-exposed workers and non-exposed workers using analysis of multiple covariance. It implied that speed of reaction in Pb-exposed workers may be affected at PbB level of 2.14μmol/L.
