提高激光扫描共焦显微镜反射镜扫描器定位精度的一种方法
A Method of Improving the Position Precision of Mirror Scanner in Confocal Optical Scanning Microscopy
【摘要】 介绍在激光扫描共焦显微镜三维扫描光路中,使用经微步细分的步进电机来完成其中的帧扫描,将MCS──51单片机引入微机控制,并采用电流补偿法来获得均匀的微细步,从而提高图象三维重建的质量。
