【Abstract】 This paper probes into the demarcation of the Position -Sensitive Detoctor (PSD) and the dynarnics testing method of the optical scanning characteristics. The scanning angle sign is transformed into displacement sign. Then, the sigh is received by PSD. The optical scanning parameters,such as o and f,are sampled and processes in a sampling system.更多还原
