【Abstract】 The photorefractive response speed of LiNbO₃ crystal can be increased by doping with Tb ions.Su-perior photorefractive properties of Tb:Fe:LiNbO₃ will not only remained as Fe:LiNbO₃,but also its responsetime will be shortened greatly.
