陶瓷熔块制备过程中的机械力化学效应及其对釉面性能的影响
MECHANOCHEICAL EFFECT DURING PREPARATION OF CERAMICFRIT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE QUALITY OF GLAZED DURFACE
【摘要】 在行星振动球磨机中粉磨陶瓷熔块用料,机械力化学效应使熔块熔融温度由1683K降至1648K和1603K,同时改善了釉面性能。粉磨时使用了几种助磨剂。
【Abstract】 Raw batches of ceramic frit and zircon sand used for glaze were ground in a planetary vibrationball mill respectively, The violent impact as well as attrition induced by the grinding medium led a series ofmechanochemical phenomena to occur. The melting temperature of frit was thus decreased from 1683K to1603K,and the batch composed of zircon sand to 1648K. The quality of surfaces glazed with appropriateglazes treated mechanochemically before was improved effectively.Several grinding alds were used for modify-ing grinding and the most effective ones under the experiment conditions were detected.
