糠醛液相氧化合成富马酸的研究
STUDIES ON THE LIQUID PHASE OXIDATION OF THE FURFURAL TO PREPARATION FUMARIC ACID
【摘要】 研究了KClO3/糠醛及V2O5/MoO3摩尔比、反应温度、反应体系酸度、相转移催化剂、反应时间等因素对糠醛液相氧化合成富马酸的影响.通过正交实验证明反应温度、反应体系的酸度、TEBAC相转移催化剂用量是影响富马酸收率的主要因素,找出了最佳反应条件.富马酸收率82.9%,高于Shimoes,Rinta报道的最高产率(82.18%),反应时间从10h缩短到2h.
【Abstract】 The effect of the molar ratio of V2O5/MoO3 and KClO3/furfural,the reaction temperature,the acidity of reaction system and the phase transfer catalyst in the liquid phase oxidation of the furfural to preparation fumaric acid has been studied by orthogonal experiments.The results show that the reaction temperature,the acidity of the reaction system and the amount of TEBAC are the most important reaction factors.The best reaction conditions have been found.The yield of fumaric acid reaches 82.9%.The reaction time from ten hours cut down to two hours.
