【Abstract】 Two methods for increasing the concentration of DNA extraction from corn leaves were discussed.Both choosing the tender leaves surrounding growing points and putting the sample extraction into the refrigerator(-20℃)about 12 hours before adding colded isopropanol,it could increase the DNA concentration significantly.更多还原
