空间相机主反射镜的力学计算

【摘要】 本文对空间相机主反射镜的初始设计进行了静力学分析,分别对主反射镜为中心支撑;边缘支撑,水平和垂直放置;载荷为自重g_o和5g_o的六种工况,用ANSYS程序计算了各工况下各单元及节点的变形和应力。生成了主反射镜的实心体模型,算出 了主镜的准确重量。计算结果表明:现有设计满足静力学要求,还有轻量化的余地。边   缘支撑的变形及应力均小于中心支撑。上述结果对主镜改进设计有重要参考价值。

【Abstract】 The statical analysis for the primary design of a space camera main mirror is stated Theanalysis is aimed at six conditions which consist of internal supporting , external supporting,horizontal set,vertical set and load conditions that are separately of g_o and 5g_o gravity acceleration. The displacements and strains for every element and node are calculated by means of ANSYS program, Because the solid model of the main mirror is created, the exact weight of the main mirror is gained automatically. The results show that the present design is satisfiedwith the requirements and still has some tolerance to reduce the weight. The displacementand strains of external supporting are less than the ones of internal supporting. The analysisresults have important value for improving the main mirror design.
