含氨气体混合物的粘度和导热系数
Viscosity and Thermal Conductivity of Gas Mixture with Ammonia
【摘要】 本文讨论常压和加压下含氨气体混合物的粘度和导热系数的计算方法。常压下,改进的Sutherland法计算粘度,Lindsay-Bromley法计算导热系数,其准确度较高。加压下,按M-H状态方程和B-B状态方程求得混合物的密度,采用剩余函数法计算了氨含量4.8%、10.6%,压力9.91MPa、19.72MPa、29.52MPa,不同温度下气体混合物的粘度和导热系数,计算结果与加压下含氨气体混合物粘度和导热系数的实验测定值相吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the viscosity and thermal conductivity of gas mixture with ammonia have been calculated under two conditions──low and high pressures by the different methods. The improved Sutherland method is recommended to calculate the viscosity of gas mixture, and the Lindsay-Bromley method to calculate the thermal conductivity after comparing the various methods. At high pressure the density of gas mixture is predicted by M-H or B-B equation of state, the viscosities were calculated by the excess viscosity method, and the thermal conductivity by the excess thermal conductivity correlations at following conditions: ammonia content 4. 8%, 10.6%, pressure 9. 9MPa, 19. 72MPa, 29. 52MPa. Comparing the calculated values with the experimental data, it is found that the excess function method is valuable to calculate the viscosity and thermal conductivity of gas mixture with ammonia at high pressure.
