大功率针板放电式CO2激光器的放电稳定性
Discharge Stability of High Power CO2 Laser with Pin-to-flat Discharge
【摘要】 研制成功一种针板放电式２０００瓦横流电激励ＣＯ２激光器、本文分析了这种激光器的放电稳定性条件，论述了放电稳定性与镇流电阻的关系，以及稳流调节器的应用。
【Abstract】 A transverse flow electrically excited 2kw CW CO2 laser with pin-to-flat discharge hasbeen developed. The discharge stability conditions of this laser has been analysed. The dependence of the discharge stability on the series ballast resistance and the application of stable current regulator are discussed.
