渗碳中弥散碳化物的获得及机理探讨

【摘要】 对获得弥散碳化物的渗破工艺进行了较为深入的探索,得到了生产上切实可行的多段预处理渗碳工艺;经该工艺处理后渗层可获得弥散碳化物,其性能大大优于常规渗碳。并认为对关键性的重载耐磨件(如航空齿轮),按现行规范严格限制碳化物的数量是不明智的,宜采用多段预处理渗碳工艺使其获得弥散碳化物。

【Abstract】 Abstract The paper goes further into the research on the carburizing techniques of obtaining disperse spheroidal carbide and achieves a satisfactory multi-stage pre-processing technique which is applied in the production. After being treated with this technique, the disperse spheroidal carbide can be obtained in the carburizing case which is superior to that by normal carburizing in properties. The author holds that under present rules, it is not wise for important heavy load wear resistance parts to be strictly limited the quantity of carbide, e. g., aeronautical gear. Instead, multi-stage pre-processing technique should be applied to obtain disperse carbide.
