WC加入量对镍基合金激光熔敷层腐蚀磨损性能的影响
Effect of WC Content on Wear-Corrosion Behaviors of Laser Remelted Coatings of Nickel-Based Alloy
【摘要】 利用CO2连续激光器在45钢表面进行了激光熔敷几种镍基碳化钨合金,对激光熔敷层的显微硬度、组织形貌和腐蚀磨损性能等方面进行了研究,并对激光熔敷层的强化机理作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 In this paper,several nickel-based WC compound alloy coatings were remelted on the surface of 45 steel by means of a high power CO2 laser.It presents a comprehensive analysis of the microhardness,microstructure morphology and wear-corrosion behaviors of alloy coatings.Meanwhile,a preliminary discussion of the strengthening mechanism of the laser remelted has been presented
