泡沫金属机械阻尼性能研究
Research on the Mechanical Damping Properties of Metallic Foams
【摘要】 研究了泡沫金属的机械阻尼性能,表明泡沫金属是一种具有高能量吸收特性的轻质高阻尼材料,其阻尼特征表现为与应变振幅密切相关,而与应变频率无显著关系的非线性内耗。泡沫金属的孔隙结构(孔径、孔隙率)对其阻尼性能有一定的影响,随孔径的减小和孔隙率的增加其内耗Q-1增大。
【Abstract】 The mechanical damping properties of metallic foams has been studied in the paper.It is found that metallic foams is a light high-damping material with great energy absorbing characteristics.The damping capacity (Q-1) of metallic foams is not related to the frequencies but vary with amplitudes.The damping properties are affected by pore-structure to some extent,the damping capacity(Q-1) is raised when pore-diameter is decreased and porosity is increased.
